At Organic Kreaation, we carefully pack every order so it reaches you safely and in good condition. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping and delivery process.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within [1–2 business days] after successful payment and order confirmation.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation with the tracking details at your registered email address or phone number.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Metro cities: [2–4 business days]
  • Other locations: [3–7 business days]
  • Remote areas: [5–10 business days]

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.
  • A shipping fee of ₹150 may apply to orders below the free-shipping threshold.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you can track it using the tracking link or tracking number shared with you.

If your tracking information has not been updated for an extended period, please contact us at organickreaation@gmail.com.

5. Incorrect Address or Contact Details

Please make sure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are correct before placing your order.

Organic Kreaation will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

6. Damaged or Missing Package

If your package appears damaged, opened, or tampered with at the time of delivery, please do not accept it where possible and contact us immediately.

For damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photographs/videos of the package
  • Photographs of the products received
  • A description of the issue

This will help us investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

7. Delayed Deliveries

While we work with reliable delivery partners, occasional delays may occur due to weather, logistics issues, strikes, festivals, public holidays, natural events, or other circumstances beyond our control.
