We want you to have a positive experience with Organic Kreaation. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of skincare and personal-care products, we generally accept returns only in cases where:

  • You received a damaged product.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • You received a defective product.
  • Your order is missing a product.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare and haircare products may not be eligible for return or exchange, unless the product was received damaged or defective.

2. Reporting an Issue

Please contact us within 24 hrs of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete order.

Please share:

  • Order number
  • Photographs/videos of the package
  • Photographs of the product
  • Description of the issue

Our team may request additional information if required.

3. Approval of Returns

Once we receive your request, our team will review the information provided.

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for the return or arrange a replacement, depending on the nature of the issue.

Please do not send products back without receiving confirmation from our customer support team.

4. Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method or another appropriate method communicated by our team.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following may not be eligible for return:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or storage
  • Products returned without prior approval
  • Products purchased through unauthorized sellers
  • Products returned after the applicable return period

6. Exchanges

Where applicable, an approved damaged, defective, or incorrect product may be replaced with the correct product.

Replacement availability will depend on stock.

7. Shipping Charges on Returns

If the return is due to an error on our part, such as an incorrect or damaged product, Organic Kreaation may arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping cost, subject to verification.

Returns for reasons not covered under this policy may not qualify for free return shipping.
