Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your Organic Kreaation order, please contact us as soon as possible.

1. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Please contact our customer support team with your order number and cancellation request.

If the order has not yet been processed or dispatched, we will process the cancellation and, where applicable, initiate the refund.

2. Orders Already Dispatched

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If you no longer wish to receive the order, please contact our support team. Any return or refund will be handled according to our Returns & Refunds Policy.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders

For eligible prepaid cancellations, the refund will be initiated after the cancellation is approved.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your payment provider or bank.

4. Cash on Delivery Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, cancellation requests should be made before the order is dispatched.

Repeated cancellations or refusal of multiple COD deliveries may result in restrictions on future COD orders.
